Teotihuacan.
Teotihuacan, called "City of the Gods", shows us his great pyramids.
About the Place.
Teotihuacan is an enormous archaeological site in the Basin of Mexico, containing some of the largest pyramidal structures built in the pre-Columbian Americas. The term has been glossed as "birthplace of the gods". Apart from the pyramidal structures, Teotihuacan is also known for its large residential complexes, the Avenue of the Dead, and numerous colorful, well-preserved murals. Teotihuacan is located just 28 miles (45 km) northeast of Mexico City.

Total duration: 4 hours 45 min approx.
Route
- The tour starts from your hotel to Teotihuacán (Estimated time: 45 min)*
- Visit to the archaeological site (Estimated time: 3 hours), which includes:
- The Avenue of the Dead.
- The Ciudadela.
- Temple of Quetzalcoatl.
- Pyramid of the Sun (you can climb to the top if you want).
- Pyramid of the Moon (also you can climb to the top).
- The Palace of the Jaguars.
- Square of the Moon.
- The Palace of Quetzalpapalotl.
- Return to your hotel (Estimated time: 1 hour)*
- Starting the tour at the morning to avoid traffic and crowd.
- You must use sunblock.
- You should wear dress comfortably and summer hat or cap.
- You must bring enough water.
- You can bring a camera** or video camera1**. Also some extra money for souvenirs.
- Please, don't bring luxurious things as laptops, jewelry, etc.**
